You: The individual/s, hirer or company making a Reservation and/or any person or person’s Representative

General Hire, Corporate Functions, Group Events, Formals

When deposit is paid. The balance is due & payable 30 working days prior to your event. Credit card details must be given as confirmation to hold a booking. If cancellation is required, the deposit already paid will be forfeited to cover costs incurred and is not transferable. Please note that all deposits are non refundable
Deposits

A minimum 30% payment of total cost is due upon booking confirmation. The balance is due on the day, or prior to hire, unless pre-arranged with management. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable or transferable. The hirer accepts that upon payment of the required deposit that they accept all Terms & Conditions which are also displayed on our website.

Wedding Packages

Conditions on deposit paid
Cancellations must be made 90 business days prior to Wedding in writing, by email or fax otherwise the balance of the total job will be required to be paid in full. It should be noted that the deposit and payments already paid to Rolls Royce Hire Sydney will be forfeited to cover costs incurred and is not transferable. Wedding Package Final Balance is due 45 business days prior to the wedding date.
Once you have recieved your booking sheet outlining your time allocations for the day, any changes must be given within 45 days of the wedding taking placeotherwise we have the right to refuse any such changes due to our tight booking schedules.

Waiting and Overtime

Whilst we will accommodate passengers during their travel, overtime & waiting time will be charged in 15 minute increments should the booking go past the finish time of the said booking, delays at airports incurring waiting time and pickups that are late. This charge is to be paid to the Driver at beginning of travel in cash at a rate of $400.00 per 15 minutes.
 Rolls-Royce Hire Sydney will endeavor too get you to your destination safely, comfortably and on time, however things do happen and allowances must be made for traffic holdups, weather, illness or vehicle breakdowns etc. We cannot be held liable for those circumstances, which are beyond our control. Should there be a mishap or vehicle breakdown another vehicle will be dispatched to complete your function.

Note that our Terms & Conditions also cover subcontract cars & Drivers brought in, on an emergency. No refund will be forthcoming unless Rolls-Royce Hire Sydney is unable to solve the situation or problem at hand.

Insurances

Our Insurance Policy covers all authorized persons travelling in the vehicle en route to their destination. Unless Chauffeur assisted, passengers assume personal liability when entering & exiting vehicle. We reserve the right to demand in full compensation for payment of any damage caused by passengers or hiring parties travelling in vehicles.

Alcohol

The person booking the vehicle takes full responsibility that all alcohol brought into the vehicle for consumption whilst en route is done by persons over 18 years of age.

Food

No food is to be consumed inside vehicles whilst en route to destination.

Smoking

There is no smoking and any form of contraband permitted to be used in vehicle.

Seatbelts

Seatbelts are fitted to all vehicles and under current legislation must be applied and fitted by each person travelling in vehicle, unless otherwise authorized. Due to new laws introduced on 1st March 2010, children under the age of four cannot be transported without the correct child seat and children over four and under seven must be seated in a child-approved booster seat.

Missing or damaged Equipment or fittings to vehicles If there is any deliberate or malicious damage done to the vehicles, then the repair will be quoted at a cost with an additional administration fee charged by Rolls-Royce Hire Sydney.

Any Repairs to Vehicles

A qualified repairer will appropriately quote any repairs that are required.

Our Cleaning Fee

Any additional cleaning fees due to inappropriate or irrational behavior will be charged at a flat rate of $500.00 (This includes carpet steam and internal washing of the vehicle)

Extra Conditions

The hirer shall be responsible for the behavior of all passengers and shall be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. This includes irrational behavior resulting in damage to the vehicle or its contents by a third party.

The hirer must fully agree to be held liable for the retail cost of any repair as a consequence of any damage caused.

Irresponsible behavior that causes damage to the vehicle or endangers the safety of other passengers will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not restricted to: sitting on the exterior of the vehicle, hanging out of windows, shouting abuse, rudeness or intolerance with the driver, arguing with the driver, misuse of equipment, fixtures or consumables as well as damage to the exterior of the vehicle.

The hirer accepts that the DVD, CD, TV and other equipment are provided as a courtesy. In the event that the equipment fitted to the vehicle malfunctions prior to or during the hire, Rolls-Royce Hire Sydney accepts no liability whatsoever and no compensation shall be provided nor will the Company provide a refund.

All quotes are valid for seven days.

A: Rolls Royce Hire Sydney hires the Latest Rolls Royce Phantoms and White Range Rovers. We currently have 3 White Rolls Royce Phantoms, 1x White Range Rover Sport, 1 x White Range Rover Vogue and 1 White Rolls Royce Ghost, and 1 x Black Rolls Royce Ghost.

A: At Rolls Royce hire we will go just about anywhere. We are based Bella Vista NSW 2153. The Majority of our weddings are in Sydney CBD, North Shore, Western Eastern, Southern Suburbs, Hills District we also do Central Coast, Newcastle areas.

Q: What is the minimum hire time?

A: Wedding vehicles are generally supplied for minimums 3 hours, Wedding transfers can also be arranged, call for further details.

A: At Rolls Royce hire Sydney we are available any day of the week.

A: The day you decide on the wedding day is not early enough. Once you start planning your wedding and you decide to use hire cars, you need to book your chosen vehicles. At Rolls Royce hire Sydney we often hold bookings up to 18 months in advance. Many couples book 6 to 12 months in advance.

A: All vehicles displayed on our web site are real, we only hire vehicles that we own, this way we guarantee what you hire is what you receive on your wedding day.

Q: Can I view your cars in person?

Q: How much does a Rolls Royce Phantom cost to hire?

A: At Rolls Royce hire Sydney; we want to find you the best solution to your requirements. In doing so we personally quote every job individually to ensure that every aspect of your journey is pleasurable and memorable. The price to book one of our vehicles depends on how long you require it for, location you are travelling to and from.

Q: Is Red Carpet included in the wedding package?

A: Yes 100%, it’s your wedding day, so we treat all our customers as VIP. The wedding package includes: Fully uniformed chauffeurs, Red carpet service, Refreshments, Water spray bottles for flowers, Sewing kits for that unforseen incident, First Aid kits

Q: Is there a deposit required, and when is the balance due?

A: We require a small deposit of 30% of the quoted amount, at which stage an event coordinator is allocated to you so you deal with one person for all future information. Our event coordinator will supply you with an agreement of details of your event via email and a receipt of deposit paid. Balance is not due until 4 weeks before your event.

Q: How many people can the Rolls Royce Phantom carry?

A: Each vehicle is licensed to carry up to 4 passengers.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept most forms of payment, be it Visa, MasterCard or Electronic Transfer.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Bookings cancelled within 3 months prior to the wedding will be charged the full amount of the booking unless extraordinary circumstances can be shown. Vehicles cancelled before the 3 months will receive no refund of deposit.
